  19.   I think the main point here is that most of the people that are members 
  20. of this list have no connection whatsoever to NewTek, the company, and 
  21. such topics as student pricing are best directed towards NewTek proper. 
  22. This list is the effort of a private individual who has no business 
  23. connection with NewTek (other than buying their product), many of the 
  24. participants are private professionals that are earning a living with the 
  25. product, and there are a bunch of amateurs, hobbyists, and Foundation 
  26. Imaging wanna-bees.
  27.   Even the NewTek presence here is on the behalf of the individuals, not 
  28. officially representing the company. So, questions regarding NewTek 
  29. company policy need to be directed to NewTek to get an official answer.
  30.   And, hey, I used to be a poor student but somehow, I always found the 
  31. money for the beer and the women. I look back on that and think if I 
  32. added up all the money I spent on partying, break road-trips, all-nighter 
  33. java sessions, rock concerts, y'know, all those things that are so 
  34. important to getting that college education, and if I had saved that 
  35. money, I would probably have an Indy2 Extreme with PowerAnimator and 
  36. Softimage by now. Cheers!
